Migrate and reorganize the old documentation from http://wiki.syncope-idm.org/index.php?title=Main_Page to https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SYNCOPE/Index.
Evaluate whether some old wiki pages (like as GettingStarted) should go into website instead.
