[SYNCOPE-1134] Action menu not working after page refresh

Description

1. Login on Syncope Admin Console
2. Go to Realms -> USER page and click on some user
3. An action menu will be shown on the right
4. Refresh the page with CTRL+R or CTRL+SHIFT+R or refresh button.
5. Click again on some user -> action menu will NOT appear and you need to change page in order to let it wotk again.
