[SYNCOPE-1076] The console doesn't allow to download the report in various formats

Description

The console doesn't allow to download the report in various formats. The type of report selected remains persistent even on other donwload links.
In the SNAPSHOT version, missing the link for downloading xml format.

The download link for xml format is not present.

A workaround to download the various formats is to reclick on the report tab and download the desired format.
