Description
The modal window for editing provision rules, under certain conditions, shows two distinct button bars: one for general Save and Cancel (at bottom) and one with wizard Prev, Next and Finish.
Having both bars clickable generates confusion, especially in the first step of creating a new provisioning object when the wizard button bar is not visible (because of scroll) and only the Save and Cancel seems available.
