You will find in attachment the patch to apply to the source code (rev 646352) enabling the configuration of the WS-Addressing Namespace version through the synapse.xml.

<enableAddressing version="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing" />

If version attribute is empty or omitted the default value is the one used by Axis2 which is for now http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing.
