Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Created a Proxy Service with an inline WSDL2.0 document.
2. Deployed the Proxy Service and checked if the the WSDLs are available by invoking it as
https://<host_name>:<port>/esb/soap/<proxy_service_name>?wsdl and
https://<host_name>:<port>/esb/soap/<proxy_service_name>?xsd

Both the WSDL1.0 and XSD were not generated.
