Description

libsvn_fs doesn't always correctly set the predecessor node for 
directories during auto merging. We need to fix this given our new way 
of representing NodeRevisionIDs, otherwise the "svn log" output will be 
completly useless.

Logging the issue so we don't forget about it.

I don't think copies have any bearing in this discussion, but its a difficult 
area to reason in because automerging was written/designed before 
copies existed.
