[SVN-4593] svnversion output through pipe starts with M instead of revision

Description

When output of svnversion is obtained via a pipe, the postfix letter M appears
as prefix.

Observed:

>svnversion
3414M

>svnversion |cat
M3414

Expected:

>svnversion |cat
3414M


Observed with svnversion commandline tool of 64-bit TortoiseSvn 1.9.1.

Occurs with version 1.9.1  (TortoiseSVN-1.9.1.26747-x64-svn-1.9.1.msi)
Occurs with version 1.9.99 (nightly build,
TortoiseSVN-1.9.99.26766-dev-x64-ipv6-svn-1.9.0.msi)
Does not occur with 1.9.0  (TortoiseSVN-1.9.0.26652-x64-svn-1.9.0.msi)
