Description

Currently, the first two tests in basic_tests.py pass and then the third
fails; probably there are a lot more adjustments that need to be made
for everything to work over DAV as well as local.  Ben has already done
most of the work, though; search for "dav" in

   subversion/tests/clients/cmdline/README

to see what's up.
