Description

Some tests in svnrdump_tests.py are broken. When run_dump_test() is not given an
expected dumpfile name, it fails to pass the output of 'svnrdump dump' to
compare_repos_dumps(), and instead compares the original data with the original
data.

This bug was introduced in r1230714 nearly three years ago.
