Description

When this file 
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0b/Blue_globe_icon.svg is added to 
subversion repository, it is detected as (bin).

This is wrong, because this file only has ASCII characters (all < 0x7a). Should be 
detected as text.
