Description

svn version 1.7.10
apache version 2.4.6 along with mod_reqtimeout

RequestReadTimeout header=20-40,MinRate=500 body=20,MinRate=700
in httpd.conf to counter slow loris attacks.

When commiting large file via mod_svn and operation takes >40s I get
PUT request on '' failed: 408 Request Timeout
Commit was running all the time with hight speed like 180kBs so this is not slow 
rate problem.
