Description

Platform: OS X 10.7.5 x86_64
svn version: 1.7.8 (r1419691), installed with MacPorts

When files that have svn:keywords Id are committed, the permissions of those files in the working copy 
are reset to the default as per the current umask. Committing a file should not change its permissions in 
the WC.

Repro script attached.
