Description

When revision numbers in the output dumpfile are not the same as in the input
dumpfile, svndumpfilter should add a revprop on each revision in the output
dumpfile whose value is the corresponding revnum in the input dumpfile.

For exapmle, if r3 in the output was r5 in the input, then
% svn propget --revprop -r3 svn:original-revision
would output '5'.
