Description

We should run podlint against the subversion/bindings/swig/perl/native/*.pm files to ensure that our 
documentation does not have errors in the POD formatting.

Client.pm for instance had a =back without =over error in it for many years that we never resolved since 
nobody noticed.  This resulted in an ugly POD ERRORS section in the documentation when it was converted 
to other formats such as man.  You can see that issue to this day by doing man SVN::Client on a Mac with 
XCode installed.
