[SVN-4205] kwallet integration doesn't work with --non-interactive option

Description

While connecting to repository with authentication enabled I use kwallet to
store my password.
If add --non-interactive option I get authentication failure:

svn ls --non-interactive https://gtssvn.xeop.de/svn/GTS
svn: E170001: Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'https://gtssvn.xeop.de/svn/GTS'
svn: E170001: OPTIONS of 'https://gtssvn.xeop.de/svn/GTS': authorization failed:
Could not authenticate to server: rejected Basic challenge (https://gtssvn.xeop.de)

Same issue was reported here:
http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4110 however it seems that
is still not yet fixed in version 1.7.5 r1336830.
