Performing 



$ svn merge --reintegrate ^^/subversion/branches/1.7.x-issue4087

into ^/subversion/branches/1.7.x@1336059



adds a lot of unnecessary merge info on subtrees which appear not touched by 
the merge.



It would be nice if we could somehow filter this most likley unneeded mergeinfo 
either in the reintegrate or in the creation of the backport branch.



[I haven't fully investigated the mergeinfo, so (some of) it could really be 
needed]
