[SVN-4115] Access key for "Wrap long lines" does "Whitespace"

Description

- In TortoiseMerge, press Alt+V.
+ Notice that the W in "Wrap long lines" is underlined.
- Press W.
* Notice that the lines are not wrapped.

It didn't take a ton of head scratching to realize that there is a conflict with 
the "Whitespace" command, which lead to the unexpected behavior.

The conflict should be resolved.
