Description

OK, this looks like an actual ra_dav bug;  it's not reproducible
with ra_local, and I can trace the segfault right into fetch.c:begin_checkout().

To reproduce:

* checkout a greek tree over HTTP
* make a change, commit.
* attempt to checkout a greek tree again, with "-r 1" specified.
