      Description

The changes in the pristine store WC-NG led to a behavior change from previous releases. Pristine files
that are no longer referenced in the working copy are not automatically cleaned up. User has to run a
separate command "svn cleanup" to remove the pristines from the working copy.

Adding this as a tracking issue as the release notes reference Issue XXX and needs an issue number to
      replace it.

It worth to note that current behavior is useful in some cases: Subversion
doesn't download files from server if user switches to branch and then back to
trunk. Which is very useful in some scenarios.
