Description

The svn_fs_verify() API was demoted to a private API in 1.7.0 due to cmpilato's
concerns that a function with this name ought to do far more verification than
the mere 'check rep-cache.db in FSFS' checks it currently does.

These changes were not forward-ported to 1.8.  Either they should be
forward-ported, or other changes (such as renaming the public API or adding more
substance to it) should be done for 1.8.
