Description

Starting with 1.5.0, "svnlook diff" does not give any indication of changes in
binary files. While "svnlook changed" can be used to detect changed files, if a
binary file is copied, then neither "svnlook diff" nor "svnlook changed" output
would indicate in any way whether the copied file was also changed.

In 1.4.x, "svnlook diff" would report "Binary files differ". It is desirable to
have this (or similar) change indication available, even if only enabled by a
special command-line flag.
