[SVN-3229] Problem with syncing from 1.4 server

Description

When trying to sync with svnsync 1.5 from Apache2.2+svn1.4 server, I've got
following error:

svnsync: Path 'oktetlabs/sysinfra/trunk/twiki' not present
bash$ svnsync synchronize file:///home/sasha/svn-mirror

Here are some details about this revision:
