Description

Hi, when I config my apache http svn, the AuthzSVNAccessFile can't recognize  
file name with special character"-", like:
 
httpd.conf:
AuthzSVNAccessFile D:\SVN-Repos\svn-access-file

apache log:
127.0.0.1] (OS 2)The system cannot find the file specified.  : Failed to load 
the AuthzSVNAccessFile: Can't open file 'D:\\SVN-Repos\\svn-access-file.txt': 
The system cannot find the file specified.  

when I change the file name from D:\SVN-Repos\svn-access-file  to D:\SVN-
Repos\access, it works.

tool chain versions: 
svn 1.4.2 +python 2.4+ apache 2.0
