Description

Demange_2, Philippe <philippe.demange_2_at_philips.com> noticed that
svn_load_dirs.pl fails if one file/folder is replaced by a symbolic link, or a
symbolic link is replaced by a file/folder.  He submitted a patch to fix it, but
it wasn't discussed on dev@.
