Description

Hello

I am trying to do a Initial import  of a Repository. I have done a couple times
for our other packages but every things worked. but of the Repository  I created
today sames to fails 
giving me this error

svn: Vaild UTF-8 data 
(hex:6f 64 73 64 )
Followed by invaild UTF-8 sequence
(hex: ac 70 2e 67)
