Description

On SGI IRIX 6.5.13f, the svn installer fails on the install stage, due to a
dependency on zlib.

Error: unresolveable symbol in /usr/local/lib/libsvn_delta-1.so.1: compress2 -
Fatal error: this executable has unresolvable symbols.

I was able to get it to install by going into the zlib directory and explicitly
performing a make/make install, so it appears that the makefile needs to be
updated so that it checks for and installs zlib if needed.
