    Description

When a file is renamed in the repository and you update, the renamed file is
downloaded from the repository rather than copied for the existing local copy.
This is annoying when the file is large compared to the available bandwidth.
While down the road having a real rename might fix this, it would be nice if
some hueristic could be used to avoid this in the short term.
I specifically saw this on 1.3.2 as distributed with Fedora Core 5, but didn't
see any information in the release notes that indicate this particular rename
issue has been addressed in the 1.4 series.
