We've been asked from time to time about 'svn diff' returning an exit code which
can be used to distinguish between no-diffs/diffs/error, in the tradition of
standard diff and cvs diff.

Also to consider is whether 'svn status' should reflect a similar thing.

And further, note that any outcome of this needs to apply to 'svnlook diff' too.
