Description

Patch by Karol Szkudlarek (karol_at_mikronika.com.pl).  Fixes three overly terse
error messages analogous to the message fixed by Karl Fogel in r14473 (which was
fixed in response to the same thread).  The patch received no further comment on
the dev list.

I've listed it under the libsvn_fs_base component, but the patch also touches
code under libsvn_fs_fs.
