Description

Patch by Conor MacNeill (conor_at_cenqua.com).  Adds the ability to stream file
content to a Java OutputStream object instead of reading the complete content
into a byte array.  Patrick Mayweg said he would probably be able to review the
patch, but hasn't responded further.
