Now that Neon 0.25.0 is out, we should upgrade.
As it happens, I have a patch to do just that :-). It still has a little bit of
work left, but I'd like to consult with Ben tomorrow on the best way to finish
up a tricky bit in libsvn_ra_dav/session.c. In the meantime, I'll attach it here.
Note that this patch makes us compatible with both Neon 0.24.7 and Neon 0.25.0.
It's easy enough to take out the 0.24.7 parts if we want to (everything's just
blocked out for conditional compilation), but it might be nice not to force
people to upgrade.
