Description

I found myself trying to setup post-commit operations on a 'noexec' partition.
While the system admins want to keep the storage partition for the subversion
repository noexec, this prevents any kind of pre/post commit hooks.

If the location of the commit hooks could be customized individually ( or
globally if using SVNParentPath ), that would help. Going to try a symlink of
hooks/ now..
