Description

Patch from Martin Wulffeld (martin_at_wulffeld.org).  This patch allows group
definitions in the AuthzSVNAccessFile to refer to other groups.  For example,

[groups]
permstaff = a, b, c, d, e
consultants = f, m
everyone = @permstaff, @consultants
