    Description

      As discuessed in users@subversion.tigris.org thread 'Apache memory profile on 
Windows 2000 Server' 05/Aug/2004:

There appears to be a memory leak in one of the Subversion Apache modules. The 
memory leak is significant and easy to spot. The only way to cope is to recycle 
Apache on a regular basis.
