Description

I just downloaded the latest version and compiled the code on my Linux Fedora 2.
The default build with shared libraries works fine. I then reconfigured with
–enable-all-static and recompiled all code.

Running svnadmin fails with statically linked libraries:

$ svnadmin create repo
svn: Berkeley DB error while creating environment for filesystem repo/db:
Invalid argument
