Description

Patch by Garrett Rooney <rooneg@electricjellyfish.net>.  This works around a
readdir bug on Mac OS X that is mentioned here:

This really should be fixed in APR, but it wasn't clear from the discussion
whether this workaround should also be implemented in the Subversion code.
