[SVN-1849] Can't Link to BerkeleyDB 4.2

Description

I cannot get Apache or SVN to link to the BerkelyDb 4.2.
The config goes thru and cheks for it. It finds db.h, but cannot find the 
libraries.
I have installed all recommended patches.

Any suggestions.
