Description

This is related to Issue #1777.  The temporary fix to #1777 is to patch the
command line client to pass in the correct revision arguments in the case that
no revision was specified on the command line.  A better answer to this would be
to have svn_client_blame() resolve unspecified revisions based on whether the
target is a WC path, or a URL.  See the following thread for details:
