Description

If one runs 
svn blame -r 1:300 COMMITTERS 
in a http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk working copy the error message is

svn: HTTP Path Not Found
svn: REPORT request failed on '/repos/svn/!svn/bc/300/trunk/COMMITTERS'
svn: '/repos/svn/!svn/bc/300/trunk/COMMITTERS' path not found

I would expected the error message
svn: Filesystem has no item
svn: URL non-existent in that revision.
