Description

Ah, another mysterious scalability bug!

    - version :  0.25 (??)
    - OS      :  client:  win32
    - Recipe  :  checkout 2GB wc with 15000 files / 100 dirs.

      Fails about halfway through the checkout (after several thousand
files):

      svn: REPORT of '/repos/ty2/!svn/vcc/default': Error reading
      chunked response body (http://julius)

      Note that this bug happens to Steve right after he experiences
issue 1430 (a MERGE timeout during commit.)

Questions:
    ### is there some kind of httpd or neon limit on total data
throughput?
    ### is there some kind of proxy, firewall, or network corruption?
