    Description

      Original problem description:
      http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgNo=40102

      What happened is a file was copied, and then svn log reported errors
      on the newly copied file:
      $ svn cp path/to/file path/to/newfile
      $ svn log path/to/newfile
      svn: Filesystem has no item
      svn: file not found: revision `2', path `/path/to/newfile'
