Description

Currently ra_svn is the only ra layer that does not compare checksums
for commits/updates/checkouts.  The others were taken care of as part
of issue #689, which was filed before ra_svn existed.

Assigning to Greg Hudson initially.  Greg, I'm happy to help with
this, or more, depending on your load.  Let me know.

Filing this as a defect; integrity checking in a revision control
system seems like more than an "enhancement", somehow :-).
