[REGRESSION] SUREFIRE-2224 causes stack trace to be omitted for errors and failures

    Description

      As reported by marcphilipp here the stack traces of failure and error are omitted due to bad XML schema design. Restore the ability to record the stack trace and log an improvement request to the XML schema.
