[SUREFIRE-1955] Switch project to Java 8

Description

Most of components start to using java 8 so to not block upgrades in project we should switch required java to version 8.

Currently module surefire-junit-platform already required java 8 in order to JUnit 5 requirements.

It also opens new features of Java 8 to use in project.
