[SUREFIRE-1929] forkedProcessTimeoutInSeconds is controlled by the plugin process and the sub-process ends gracefully. The forked process should be able to timeout itself if the MasterProcessChannelProcessorFactory.connect() fails or hangs. - ASF JIRA
