Maven is not running any tests called using testng suitexml files in POM

    Description

      I have seen this issue many times and always it was a user error because the file is in wrong place on the file system. This issue improves sanity check in the plugin and eagerly has to crash the plugin while the file does not exist and explain the root cause on the console.
