Description

The fix would speed up the cache 8 times.
After we have applied fast TCP/IP encoder and decoder along with the fix for this issue we have got fast Test3 in the integration test ConsoleOutputIT#largerSoutThanMemory(), i.e. 0.44 seconds of the test exec time from previous 8.8 seconds.
