When using maven-surefire-plugin with configuration

<configuration>
  <suiteXmlFiles>
    <suiteXmlFile>testng.xml</suiteXmlFile>
  </suiteXmlFiles>
  <skipAfterFailureCount>1</skipAfterFailureCount>
</configuration>

this results in
