    Description

      We use Maven Shade Plugin to relocate the packages of the artifact maven-shared-utils.
      The problem is that shaded dependency cannot be inherited in the project. Therefore we have to release and deploy it separately. The new module/artifact will be utilized in new version 3.0.0-M5.
